They say the process of healing doesn’t end when the wounds are no longer visible, it ends when the wounds no longer ache. This is especially true for health entrepreneur and lifestyle advocate, Tim James. For him, health starts from within, literally, as he talks about the benefits of colon hydrotherapy and the chemicals that make up the day of an average American.
“If your cells are weighted down with those toxic crap and waste, the culmination of your life is that you’re weighed down.”
Not only has Tim known the suffering of being overweight, eating an unbalanced diet, and living an inactive lifestyle, but he’s also experienced the pain of losing people due to poor health choices and synthetic-drug dependency. In his many times of taking medication, only when he checked what he was putting in his body did he realize that he had to opt away from it all and return to the root of all healing – Nature.
“My poor health doesn’t affect me, it affects everybody else around me.”
Tim makes it clear that such a big transition at his age wasn’t an easy task; choosing to live better means choosing to live the hard way. But he reassures us that a life lived healthily is a life worth living.
“People don’t know how good they can feel, you’ve got to remove these microscopic no-seem invaders…” He says, “We have to just look at all this man-made crap and get away from it; the solution is nature because we are literally nature.”
Today, through his Health Hero Podcast and the Chemical Free Body website, Tim has made it his mission to send a message to a worldwide audience, help them take the first step towards natural living, and bring nature back into the lives of millions of Americans, one healthy choice at a time.
