I’m Alena Uzhnyeva, the founder of AlonaFish OU and PT Like Production Center. Growing up in Ukraine, I was taught to respect societal norms and uphold the image of the “good” girl, without revealing my true self or emotions. I worked hard, got a corporate job in the male-dominated fish industry, and achieved all of the external hallmarks of “success”—including recognition and financial wealth. But inside, I felt depleted, empty, and disconnected. It wasn’t until I attended my first transformational retreat that I realized there was a different way to live and lead—one where I could align with my heart, mind, and purpose. I was awakened to a life where I could create with my feminine and masculine energies in balance, prioritize my wellbeing, and receive the flow of opportunities.

This experience led me to quit my corporate job and start my own business, which grew into an 8-figure empire recognized year after year by the Estonian government for its standards of excellence and economic success.

I then started I AM CREATION Retreats, transformative, multi-day events for entrepreneurs seeking more purpose, impact, and fulfillment.
